Yes, you saw that correctly, today’s workout video, which you can find right here, is just barely over 2 minutes long and is a great one to add into your bicep routine!

  1. There are two movements in one so you’re getting much more bang for your buck.

  2. One hand will hold a traditional curl about half way through the concentric phase, placing it in an isometric phase AKA it doesn’t move and keeps that muscle isolated and contracted AKA its-AH GONNA burn-AH!

  3. The other arm will go through slow and controlled hammer curls which provides another great variation of the curl. Then switch sides!

  4. One thing not mentioned in the video is you’ll want to do less reps than you can normally handle with the weight you select. Trust me.

    For example, if you can normally curl the 20lb DBs 20x easily then you’ll want to do these for 10-15 reps, remember— slow and controlled and pay attention to the other details in the video!

  5. The combo of these two movements will give you a pump like never before, only further increasing DEM GAINZ!
