Allow me to re-introduce myself!

If you’re here you have either subscribed to an old newsletter of mine, you’re a past or current client, I’ve coached or trained your child, you’ve been to one of my events, we’ve done some philanthropy work together, or you’re a dear friend/family member.

Maybe, just maybe your presence here in this newsletter was divine intervention, maybe it is an omen. And you know what Paulo Coehlo says about omens in his critically acclaimed, gazillion copies sold worldwide book, ‘The Alchemist’:
“In order to find the treasure, you will have to find the omens”
Stay with me, y’all.
If there is any fiber in your being that longs for growth, that wishes, wants or needs improvement *and* knows you’re capable along with deserving (because you are!) then you have to stick around.
At least for the first three issues. If, after the 3rd newsletter, you haven’t found any treasure, not a single gem in any of my writings then hell, I’ll hit the “unsubscribe” button for you!
My goal with this newsletter is to impact, influence, and inspire hearts and minds around the world.
Since high school I’ve been told by many that I wouldn’t amount to shit but on the flip side I have also been told, in so many ways, by just as many if not more, that I can change the world.
I want to create a fun, interactive, educational, inspirational and sometimes silly part of your day that will improve not just your day, but your life.
Wake Up Stronger will teach you how to do just that, day in and day out.
Here’s how:
Each day will have a theme.
I will start out, for now, with only Mondays which will prime you for the week. Yes, I realize today is not Monday but I wanted to get one out before our first official one goes live, next Monday the 18th!
I have always loved Mondays, completely opposite of how society tells you to feel about the day. Poor Mondays. Every “Motivational Monday with Mike” will slowly but surely get you, too, to open each week with the TGIM mantra! Trust me. Again, just give me 3 attempts.
The rest of the days will be added one by one, based on your votes. So that you can cast an informed vote, check out the themes for the other four days below:
“Testimonial Tuesdays”! This will be inspiring true stories from not just my clients but from all of you! This will be an opportunity for everyone around the world to shoot in their story and be featured!
Wednesdays will be “Hump Day Pump Day”, which will include a workout. Either a full blown workout routine or one small movement that will provide huge gainz, or a new superset, etc etc. This will be awesome for those of you looking to shake up your workout routine.
Thursdays will be “Thursday Training Tip” which will contain a tip or trick to improve your physical training. Methods that will give you an edge and help prevent you from ever plateauing!
“Fit Feast Fridays”, providing you with proper nutritional guidance. Educating you on how to best fuel your body so you can look, feel and perform at optimal levels. There will be quick and easy recipes, kitchen hacks, research debunking common misconceptions about food, plus supplement recommendations and so much more!
As mentioned, for the time being, Mondays, alone, will set the tone. But remember, you have a voice. Cast your vote, share with your loved ones, and let's decide which day to unveil next!
