Here’s one of the easiest workouts I’ve sent to y’all.

Not easy as in it won’t be difficult but easy as in you can do it in the comfort and convenience of your own home AND be finished in no time.

Want more? Increase the reps— start from 15 or 20 and count all the way down!

Either way, watch the video here, have fun and like always don’t be afraid to push yo’self!

3 MOVEMENTS

  • PUSHUPS

    Easy peasy here. Most cues I mention in the video but another to think about is to NOT let your head drop/sink down as you lower yourself. And to inhale on the way down, exhale as you press up. Other than that, remember not to shrug up, not to let you elbows flare out, and don't let your hips sink!

  • ALTERNATING LEG RAISE CRUNCHES

    Keep your legs as straight as you can and crunch up towards your toes. You don't necessarily need to touch your toes, its not a sit up so don't sit all the way up. Crunch up towards your toes, exhaling as you do so, inhaling on the way down.

  • BODY WEIGHT SQUATS

    Get your feet as wide or as narrow as what feels comfortable to you. Sit your hips down and back, weight on your heels, chest up and out. If you wanna uo the ante a bit turn these into sqaut jumps!
