šŸ™MISTAKESšŸ™

A blessing in disguise!

NOTE: For a greater reading experience, turn on image display in your email settings.

First and foremost, in case you missed last Fridayā€™s 2nd ā€œFit Food Fridayā€, you need to go check your inbox for GO WITH YOUR GUT, or just click here if you canā€™t find itā€” you need to read that one and educate yourself on the importance of gut health!

Second, today I want to talk to yā€™all about mistakes. And believe it or not but I promise today will be short and sweet! In fact, I want today to be much more interactive than ever before.

So Iā€™ll hit a couple of quick points and then Iā€™ll open it up to you guys, Iā€™d love to hear your take on the subject.

Now, before I continue, making a decision to follow through with a direct action that will negatively and drastically alter the trajectory of another human beingā€™s life is of course different. The most extreme being murder.

Iā€™m not talking about the extremes today though. Rather, Iā€™m referring to day to day mistakes that we all make but often times beat ourselves up for.

Today is about granting ourselves a little grace and being grateful for the good, the bad, and the ugly. Using the bad and ugly as teachable moments, learning from them and creating a valuable life lesson out of it so that those, too, like the good, can be a blessing!

Here are some family rules the wife and I created for our kids but are 100% applicable for adults alike:

Ok, so I'm interested in hearing what you thoughts are! What do you think about our rules? How difficult is it for you to move on from mistakes and treat them as a blessing in disguise? Do you have trouble granting yourself grace? Did I miss anything with our family rules? Anything you'd add or delete? TALK TO ME, BABY!!

Just select any of the options, it doesn't matter, I'm more interested in your actual feedback (I just don't know how to ask for it without creating a poll-- you can also just reply to this email)!

Lemme know what your thoughts are please!

And please never forget:

A narcissist wants the authority of a king but the accountability of a toddler. Don't let them steal your shine!

Much love, mi gente!

Thank you, again, for your continued love and support!

And as always,
