Well, luck for you, I have just the movement to help activate your pecs like never before!

Which, if done correctly, will do nothing but grow dem pecs and increase your bench strength, leading to the ultimate chest gainz!

Read before you try for best chest activation:

• First order of business, SQUEEZE your hands together— through the plate towards each other. At all times for best activation but especially as you press the plate up.

• Now, as you press, also slightly turn your elbows in against your body to help activate and engage your chest even further.

• Relax your traps and neck, make sure you’re not shrugging up.

• Inhale on the way down and exhale as you press the plate up.

• Enjoy dem gainz!

PRO TIP:

If I’m feeling strong and in the mood to get crazy, I’ll hold two 45s (try two 25s or two 35s) together pinned against each other. Holy sh*t, y’all. The added weight plus squeezing two of them together, will set fire to dem pecs!!
