CRUSH 90 CONQUER 365

TGIM! And no, it is not too early to discuss our plans for 2024. Youāre gonna wanna read this one yāall.

ā¦ only 9% of people who set out with a New Years Resolution, no matter the goal, actually attain it?!

Yes, that means 91% quit or fail for whatever reasonā¦
Whatās even crazier is, of that 91%:
š„Just over 20% quit by week one of the new year.
š„That number nearly doubles by week 2!
So many give up by week two that the 2nd Friday of January has been dubbed as āQuitters Dayā.
š„By the end of March (the first 90 days of the fresh new year) almost all 91% of those eager beavers have already thrown in the towel.
Think about it. Have you ever set out with a goal on January 1? Ready! Motivated!! Fired up to take on the world!!!
But thenā¦ lifeā¦ kinda just happensā¦ and you forget about it or slip back into your old ways or use even the smallest inconvenience as an excuseā¦
Lord knows Iām guilty of it.
Hereās the deal thoughā¦
This next year, in 2024, you and I are going to wreak havoc on those numbers. Weāre gonna flip those stats on their head and have every statistician gawking in disbelief.

Assuming you watched the 70 second video, follow along to see how weāre doing it this year! But before you do that, take a gander at this FB post of mine from late March of 2022:
How many workouts was that for me on the year? Yes, you read that correctly, 106 and I finished March off (the first 90 days of 2022) having CRUSHED 114 total workouts.
Thatās 38 workouts per month
Almost 9 per week
And I read four books
Those were my two main goals of 2022, get in at least 25 workouts each month and read at least 15 books. (I CONQUERED both because I CRUSHED the first 90 days)
Since 2018 when I launched this initiative, those who have participated in my CRUSH 90 CONQUER 365 movement came to the gym more often, than previous years, and more consistently.
Most have an up and down relationship with the gym; those who started the year off having CRUSHED the first 90 days had way less āādownsāā if any at allā they kept coming!
It works. The point is to CRUSH the first 90 though, not just barely do it. No, you have to CRUSH it, just like I did 13 more workouts per month than my goal.
Having done that made it so much easier for the rest of the year because I knew that I was capable of more, I DID MORE!
CRUSH 90 so that you can CONQUER 365, works. Iāve seen it work. On myself and others.
I donāt know what my goals are just yet for 2024 and Iām sure you donāt know yours either but I know a great place for you and I, along with hundreds of other like-minded individuals, can go to begin the process.
Here, in my online training app, I will be creating a private group for all of us to challenge ourselves and each other. To inspire ourselves and each other. To hold ourselves accountable and each other.
In addition to the strong community weāll build, Iāll also:
Introduce new workouts you can try

AND SO MUCH MORE!
Between now and then, however, youāre still gonna wanna join the group, because weāll put our brains together and not only help each other come up with our own, individual, realistic goals for 2024 but weāll also begin preparing you with ways how you can CRUSH the first 90, and of course weāll ensure we all finish this year off the only way weāre supposed toā strong.
And please never forget:
No matter how torrential the downpour, youāve never seen a cloud rain over the same spot forever. It eventually moves on. No matter how hard this year has been on you, you wonāt be in this spot forever. We gotta keep it movinā baby. This, too, shall pass.
